4 My World

These posts detail my view of the world. We all live in some sort of bubble but I hope that I don’t live in a bubble that is too small. My roots are in Ireland and that is where my heart inevitably lies, but I have lived in Taiwan since 2007 and that experience has reground the lens through which I view the planet.

There are times when living in this society drives me up the walls with frustration, but there are also times when the view of Europe and the rest of the western world is clairified by distance, in much the same way the view of thunderstorm changes from horrific to dramatic, depending on whether you are within its area of influence or outside.

Whethere you agree or disagree with my take on the world, I hope that these articles give you food for thought. All thought is good, as long as the thought process never stops.
